Poor service
After being here for 3 hours to install a new compressor our fridge still does not work. It is still not cooling at all.

Dish washer repair
The issue has been going on for 3 months now , come out replace parts it has the same issue a day or week later. Today the tech wiggled a wire and the power came back on and he said it was fixed . I asked him to unplug the connector in question to see if the power goes off and he did and the dish washer did not lose power. The connector was not the issue. The dish washer has a short and sears just keeps charging the home warranty company and says its repaired. No signature or checkout before tech left just left. Unable to reach Sears by phone because the phone tree just hangs up no option for an operator . We will never choose Sears for repair. Terrible service and impossible to reach.

I Can Google That
Tech couldn't get the diagnostics to run. Said my computer wasn't working, meaning the washing machine. Ran a cycle based off what code I told him I got once, not the main code that I got multiple times. That cycle ran with no issues. He kept insisting it was a $600+ part, and when I asked how he was sure, his answer was that code you said and my experience. He also kept trying to sell a warranty. I'm no washer tech, but I can google what the codes mean. If you can't duplicate the issue, how can you be sure it's this part you're trying to sell? And, if you ran a cycle with no load, and the issue you are telling me is the problem didn't happen, how can you be sure it's this part you're trying to sell? I paid $107+ to have a unknowledgeable guy that talked to himself the whole time come in and not do a thing to solve my problem. Sears, I think you owe me the cost of the service call, plus my hours away from work.

Awful.
Although the technician was friendly, he did not fix our issue. He came to my home to fix my ice maker. He replaced a part, said it was working and then left (after I paid of course) the ice maker, 24 hours later now, has yet to produce a SINGLE piece of ice.

Something is very wrong

In Home appliance check up
I called to have my refrigerators have a maintance check. Wed. 23, Someone came to my home and fixed and repaired my "Kenmore" refridgerator. Then I asked some one to check my refridgerator in my camper at the Ponder, Tx address. He came out and said it wasn't a "Kenmore" so he left. IT WAS A MAGIC CHEF, NOT A KENMORE. Wasted trip for him and I didn't get my ice box serviced.

Waste of time
He didn't do anything other than tell me he doesn't work on my brand. Which I called to verify and now I have to wait another week for someone else.
