Lazy
The refrigerator works for now. Service guy was on the phone the whole time also when he sauntered the part he blew soot all over the house. On our last repair we did not have such a mess. Lastly when the tech was leaving he left all the extra part and insulation it was stated he was going to send them back. He did not complete the job that was ordered from GE. Lastly he did not even screw the panel to the back of the refrigerator. Who know how long this repair will last us.

Washer parts replaced
The washer is not fixed. He did not stay to ensure it was working. It flooded my laundry room. Now we need another service appt

Oven working after electrician looked at it
Mike looked at the oven and decided the electrician had wired something wrong and wanted to delete my warranty. He did speak with my electrician but would not come back in with electrician to review the work because he said he had closed the order and was going to delete my warranty. My electrician came in looked at the wires but found some different wires at the box were connected wrong. Don't know who connected them this way. Long story short the electrician got the oven working and I would like the warranty reinstated.

ICEMAKER repair
ICEMAKER is not making ice. It's made ONE tray in FOUR and a HALF HOURS!! This is unacceptable.

Sears has made multiple visits since September and problem is still not fixed. On this visit I was told need to run vinegar thru dishwasher. I have done this twice and. Still getting error I20. After tech left got another I20. If you can't fix it why can't it be replaced?
