Mark was great- Having other humans involved would help
Mark did a great job. However, not being able to communicate with anyone at the company is a problem. Everything is automatic and the online message requests went unanswered. Two problems: a part was delayed and their was no way to track it's status so a rescheduled appointment was guesswork. The 8AM to 5PM service window should at least be able to be narrowed the night before or first thing in the morning of the service.

Anthony is a very professional technician. He asked me to describe my problem. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem, and tried to recalibrate the digital face. The calibration did not hold. He then determined that a new digital component was necessary to alleviate the issue. He did warranty check on refrigerator and freezer. He was proficient and well trained on possible trouble spots and issues. A parts order was initiated and he reported his findings to someone at the call center.

Third time is the charm!
Hermon was the third Sears technician to come and try to figure out the problem with my brand new GE range/oven! After a couple of hours and taking the thing apart, he got it to work! Just in time for Thanksgiving!

Robert has been here several times to repair appliances. He is always thorough and friendly. He tells me the status and any delays in completing repairs because a part is needed.

knowledgable but lacked detail
Willie diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it. However the re-install of the product was crooked and not flush to the cabinet. Other than that he did a good job on the fix.
