Quick repair time
Technician called to let me know what time he'd be arriving. Also called to let me know he was on his way, and about 30 minutes out. He was friendly. He worked fast, was knowledgeable of the problem. He fixed it fast.

Service people, the ones that come out, are great
The service man that came out was very good. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. It's unfortunate that you have to go through so much online stuff before a real person comes out. To talk to someone about problems is painful. But the service tech s are good.

Catalin was very polite, professional and performed many tests to determine the cause of my breakdown. He wasted no time with unnecessary actions and ordered the correct parts. I was so happy that he was able to return and install the new parts. My washing machine was repaired in a timely manor and it works just like new!

Mr. Rich came to get my refrigerator working like it's supposed to. Imagine the shock when he opened the freezer side and saw that it was like Antarctica. It was covered with ice. He defrosted the fridge and told us exactly what happened and why it happened. He even told us what refrigerators to avoid and what to look for when picking one out. He's great and very patient.
