Very Bad service
Since 45 days I'm waiting to replace my compressor. Initial appointment for scheduled on August 16 again it was postponed to sept 4. Today I got the notification that the technician on the way to do the service. No one showed but the request was closed. This is very bad. Highly recommend not to go with you guys

Tech review
Part wobbles, not stable. Wrong part? Tech left and said everything was fine Now have to reschedule another visit, maybe order new parts! A competent tech would have realized a problem and reordered parts today or figured out a solution. Not just leaving and saying it was fine!

Still not working
This review it's not for the tech . As of yesterday 01/06/2024. Our refrigerator started to maul function. It was just repaired about 3 weeks ago

Sears Lousy Customer Service
I am sorry I have Sears products and Sears Warranties. Service technician was great but the trouble and aggravation to get from the initial phone call to actual service call was worst experience ever - 3 week process. And getting a reminder 3 times a day on both emails and texts for 2 weeks that technician will arrive between 8am and 5 pm on service date is totally uncalled for and seemed like harassment.

Service
Tech never showed for first appt. When he finally did show up, a month later he didn't want to do the repair because the compressor replacement was on a second level. Now we have to start over with a new company. Absolutely horrible!!!!

Someone is lying.
He came out and said door switch and fan motor were bad and he would order parts. However, the repair portal says no trouble was found. Either he lied to my face or the people he reports to are throwing his work away. This is the second occurrence of this, and I'm tired of it.

He appears to have lied to me.
He indicated he would order door switches and return to install them. However, no switches were received and a&e indicates he reported no trouble found and closed the case. So, either he lied or a&e made a mistake. Whatever it is, my refrigerator still doesn't work.

Said issue was not normal wear
Our washing machine lid broke one day from opening and closing. We have AHS and for some reason their team said this was not normal wear when it had broken due to just being opened and closed over time.

Service on refrigerator
When Winfred told me what he thought was wrong with my refrigerator he stated that Sears cannot get the replacement parts since they were discontinued. He did not research that there are new replacement products available to fix the issue. He told me to buy a new refrigerator. Mine is only 8 years old and in perfect shape. I immediately called the GE company while he was here to see about the new parts. He refused to stay to find out the new parts numbers. I was notified from Sears later that I refused the labor service. He never shared it with me because he told me he could not get the parts. Why would he offer the labor if he could not get the parts? I will never call Sears again. When I first called to schedule, I was told that the parts would be deducted from the service call. I have asked for my money back since Winfred cannot get the parts. I felt that was lied to by Windred since he never took the time to find the parts. Within 10 minutes of his leaving, I located the correct parts. I called Sears and they agreed that Sears would have been able to get the parts locally if they did not have it in stock. I dislike being deceived. This is what Sears did.
