Refrigerator maintenance
Thought Fridge seal would be checked and pushed in if seal was loose- not provided. Tom was here 10 or 15 minutes, vacuumed and did a Temp check and then left.

Give more detailed instructions
Larry was a pretty good technician. He gave me a few pointer on getting our fridge to last longer. But our fridge is kinda fixed. Larry installed the part but we have to wait at least 24 hour before we can use it. Larry gave very vague instructions when he left the first time. He said the fridge needed to be defrosted due to an ice block in the back. I asked if I needed to unplug to defrost it. He said alot of things but did not point blank say unplug to defrost before your scheduled service. As a tech pretty good as a commicator of what needs to be done, could definitely use some work.

Winfred's service was ok. Overall service extremely poor.
It took 2 months to complete repairs from the time my claim was submitted. Your company cancelled 3 out of 5 appointments, even sending a message as if I was the one who cancelled the second appointment, and I missed 2 days of work in order to be available for the cancelled appointments since you canceled those half way through the day of the scheduled service. The final repair was completed this morning and my refrigerator still doesn't seem to be cooling properly. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the entire experience so far. I paid for extended warranty and have been unable to use the refrigerator for the last two months and lost a substantial amount of groceries due to the issues with my refrigerator as well. Unacceptable.

Washer Repair
We are a Fire Department and are constantly using our washer and dryer. Tech showed up and left because the washer that needed repair wasn't hooked up. Time frame given was 8 am - 5 pm, are we supposed to not have washer hooked up and just wait for someone to show up?

Dissapointing
The job has been rescheduled twice. On the third attempt the technician claimed to have knocked 4/5 x without receiving a response and assumed that nobody was home. However, there were two people in the house who did not hear the knocking. Given the previous rescheduling, it would have been courteous for the technician to call or text upon arrival to ensure we were aware of his presence. The result of this is that it is rescheduled again 6 days after. Very disappointing!

No call no show
No call no show. Original visit tech indicated the noise my unit was making was normal and didn't even take off any panels to check out anything. Weeks later my unit continued to grow louder and stopped heating. Recall appointment 1 no call no show after I waited all day. Rescheduled a week later. Estimated time arrival was 8-5. At 430 the estimate per the web tracker was 645pm. Requested reschedule as we had a prior obligation. Tech called around 4pm immediately indicating we would need to pay the service fee again. I told him that's fine as I would get it refunded due to the recall afterwards as we need a working appliance. If sears doesn't want the business don't accept the assignment. If the tech doesn't want his job then he should quit.
