I was told by my technician that I needed a new door to cover the icemaker in my refrigerator French door and he showed me the Party was ordering and when he left within 10 minutes I got an email from you and it said that you had denied the claim and I called Assurant and they said that the claim was denied because the technician said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the icemaker and they weren't gonna pay anything And they would I asked for a supervisor and they said a supervisor would call me back within three hours and I now have been waiting six and I have not heard from anyone and I intend to report them and you to the Better Business Bureau. Why pay insurance when you're not gonna get coverage I am not a happy customer

Refrigerator cooling fix

The tech ordered the two parts as per the invoice sent via email from his 2 min diagnostics from first visit . Today, after a week, in the scheduled service call, it was apparent that the tech did not install the u shaped heating coil for the defrost unit. Also, the tech did not put back the back panel of the freezer with screws. He took them out but did not put it back. He left the panel in the freezer just hanging. When the loose panel was moved we can clearly see that the u shape coil was not replaced/reinstalled. If the work performed does not fix my refrigerator cooling problem then I will be calling you guys back. I had to call back after Winfred's exit and ask him for the proof of work performed. I wanted to see the old parts that were replaced. This would be good for my maintenance records. He said he threw the parts away. I question that? I called him just within 10 mins of his departure. He did not discard the parts in our garbage bin. This created doubt that he did not do anything in 10 mins of his visit. No pics of worked done, no proof of new parts installed, no proof of old parts given to home owner. This is very odd and strange. Most of the times I have been given the old parts for my service records. Please rectify this problem for me. At least put the panel properly for our use. It is not fair to leave customer in this mode after a service call. We expect reliability and quality work. We have paid for this service. It is not free for us. Honest and proper work is expected. Concerned customer.

Inexperienced and did not know what he was doing

First he was not personable and only gave information when asked. Secondly he had a hard time removing my dishwasher to look for leaks and blockages. He kept looking at his phone as if he was looking for instructions. Thirdly he caused damage to the front panel of my dishwasher when he pulled it out and put it back in and Sears is trying to dodge responsibility for this incident. I want my dishwasher back the way you found it without me having to pay for it. You sent an inexperienced tech to my house that damaged my new dishwasher and you expect me to live with that? How dare you. I have been a customer since 2010 and this is the way you treat me?

Technician lied he completed the job

Came to my house to check the dryer and ordered parts. The parts arrived Saturday he never showed up fir my appt Monday Got a text saying job completed He lied and said he completed a job he never completed
