Repair Whirlpool Double Oven
Inspected oven and found that the control board was not working. Search for parts showed that the control board is no longer available. Made recommendations related to buying and installing a new oven as well as recommendations for sears home appliance warranty. They provided useful information related to appliances in general.

Patrick was pleasant, friendly and professional; did what he needed to do. I did have him explain to a friend that was here what his findings were, which was a new outlet. After leaving my friend did find there was a burnt wire and was able to fix the problem.

Local doing fine, Corporate not so
While I get good information and results from the local service person, Corporate Sears is not very responsive. Unable to talk to a human and discuss the issue or problem with the refrigerator. Scheduling is horrendous with 7AM to 6PM ranges and last minute cancellation (2X) without explanation. And still the refrigerator is not working....

Tech ok - service cost too high
Tech provided all information I needed to know to to make decision either to repair or decline - I declined. Will not use Sears alias All Repair again. Estimate cost too high.!
