Technician Ronald Howard's Excellent Service Performance
Ronald Howard is an excellent technician that was efficiently well equipped, motivated, skilled, and capable of diagnosing & repairing our A/C ....It is good to know there are still people like Ronald in the world that want to work for their pay, and do a honest day's work....(Without him)- based on the previous technicians who came that the A/C would have continued to be problematic causing "everyone" more time, inconvenience, and money.....Sears should consider Ronald a valuable asset to their Service Dept., and the customers who buy Sears Warranties....Sincerely, M&M McCray "customers".
