Mark is very efficient kind and honest he pays attention to details and works hard to find problems the world needs more technicians like him.my only complaint is with co.no phone personnel to attend to us only jacked up online service and answering machine if I had know yall were like this I would never have purchased the warranty I did.Real profession courtesy is human contact not a unhelpful answering program....

Dryer Repair
Pat did a wonderful job and completed the repairs on the dryer. My only area of improvement is I request a early morning repair, before 12noon because of my condition and the repair was not done until a little after 5pm.
