Issue not resolved
Tech came to replace the inverter on my fridge yesterday and did not confirm everything was working. Said the fridge would work in 24 hrs but the fridge is still not working.

Never Again!
I will never again go through Sears or rather a third party who says they are Sears. (A & D Repair). The only star is bcz of the repair tech himself. He was kind and respectful. The company itself can kick rocks. They did nothing to care about fixing my refrigerator in a timely manner at all. Took almost two months. And no priority for them having to reorder it after waiting two weeks for nothing bcz of their fault. Order 10729066. Never again!

Awful, condescending, lazy
I won't ever wish this technician on anyone. He bad mouthed the warranty company and still didn't fix the AC system from freezing up daily. He's been to my house twice!

He had a terrible attitude and didn't want to work
He took the parts ordered and didn't even put in the notes that the fridge was unrepairable. He only put that there was a leak inside. And this time when he came he didn't even stay 30 seconds before he said I'm outta here. And walked out!!! Very rude and unprofessional!!!

Can't rate low enough
Our appointment schedule showed an initial arrival time at 2:30, then updated to 3:47. I ran an errand knowing that the tech is supposed to call 30 minutes before arrival (he did not). At 12:25 the site updated to show a 1:05 arrival. At 12:30 pm, the tech called to get more details on the problem. I told him I was 20 minutes away, but was on my way. He said he could only wait 5 minutes, but would try to make it back at 3:00. He did not come back. Text messages and phone calls to the source phone were not answered. Next appointment is 5 days off - less business days, but don't tell our laundry that.

Not very competent
He was supposed to insulate both these parts. He only insulated one of them so it'll last one year instead of 10 years. He should have insulated both parts so they would last 10 years and the foam would not get warped

This seems like AMERICAN HOME SHIELD SERVICES
The technician was here less than 10 minutes. He spent more time telling me what he couldn't do. No tests were performed and no paperwork provided. I felt so dismissed and frustrated.

Technician Walked Out
Dishwasher repair appears completed. Tech did not speak to me before leaving, left a mess in the kitchen (water/chemicals spilled on floor, parts/boxes strewn across countertop). I had no indication that he was done until I heard him walk out and not come back. Sears support was useless in receiving this feedback and only barely confirmed that the service was done.

Terrible service
Fridge still isn't fixed after one month! I was told they called wArrenty company to ok the ordering of new parts to finally fix fridge and the wArrenty company stated that never happened. Back at square one with a broken fridge. Window of 8-5 is insane esp after coming out 4X to never fix the fridge and the last time it was almost 5:30 before they came out and I still don't have a functioning fridge!
