I was very impressed with the tech knowledge he knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer the minute he started. The repair took maybe 30 minutes and the machine is back to normal

Very nice and polite explained everything as he was doing it then I just got out of his way sent me correct part numbers for the front knows I received the wrong ones hopefully it works showing oven temperature and clock.

He was very knowledgeable about this Model Washer. I was able to learn that Sears evidently knew about the Bleach coming into the washer in the designated load, but even in the one(s) after that one. he also went over the set-up of the various categories on the Round dial and on the "lighted" set-up below that.
