Frigidaire wall air conditioner
Richard diagnosed the problem but was unable to proceed because a wooden frame prevented around the AC has to first be removed. He patiently answered our questions and recommended next steps. He was professional and helpful.

Great work!
Thomas was fantastic. He called to give me a smaller window of arrival and then called when he was on the way. He diagnosed and fixed the problem (after the parts arrived) in a timely manner and he was pleasant to be around. I would welcome him back at any time.

When Larry came in I told him he was the answer to my prayers this morning! Larry worked with great diligence to resolve my AC issues. Larry went over and beyond what any Sears Service Man has ever done through all the DECADES we've been maintaining our business with Sears Services.

Unfinished job
I contacted Sears Home Services because of good experiences in the past. Not so now. Slow response, slow repair, and left unfinished. This company is not what it used to be. I will be cancelling my warranty with them, will not ever call them again, and never, ever recommend them to anyone.

Unprofessional Technician
Arrived late, impatient, in a hurry, rude, didn't know how to accept payment with a credit card, wanted to use the customer's phone (never acceptable), set his phone and other things on the hood of the customer's car (never acceptable). Should not work in a position that requires interacting with customers. Overall--unprofessional, didn't seem very competent, and not a good value for the money.
