Stellar Customer Service
Don is a throwback to the days of good customer service. He called me the morning he was scheduled and gave me a two-hour window of when he would be here, instead of the terrible 8-hour window that is the best the main office will give. He was friendly and very respectful of my home. I wish all repair guys were as good as Don.

Donald was efficient and personable. I definitely would request this Sears repairman again. He tested the dishwasher before he left to make sure it was working properly, and, he gave us advice about using the machine. I give him the highest recommendation.
