Worst service ever
No one takes care of the issue and transfers 1 to another. I tried to find the direct information to get it fixed no one helped

Unhappy customers
I would like to express my concern about the serviced that I received from you that: the time for the technician to come to my house is not very good. The last appointment the technician didn't get here until after 6pm.I been waiting all day from 8 to 5pm. This is not good because I can't do anything all day

Ac system
The technician kept me waiting for several hours and kept changing his arrival time from 11:16 am to 1 pm and finally to 8 pm. He finally called me and informed me that Sears does not do the work that needed to done and cancelled the appointment.

WORST Company on planet - Technician never showed up..
SEARS HOME SERVICES, the forever RESCHEDULING company. Days with no dryer - 78 (SEVENTY EIGHT) days and counting (since May 26)..read below: Called my warranty company for an LG dryer. They use Sears Home Services, the WORST on the planet. It's 78 days and still the issue is unresolved. The replacement parts have been waiting for over a month for installation. Sears Home Services keeps RESCHEDULING their Appt WITH NO REASON . Sears has rescheduled their appointment 7 (SEVEN) times. See my trail of tears below: May 26 - Warranty Claim Created May 27 - Sears Home Services assigned to claim Jun 2 - Sears Appt Scheduled for Jun 5 Jun 5 - Sears RESCHEDULED appt to Jun 13 Jun 5 - Sears RESCHEDULED appt to Jun 9 Jun 9 - Diagnosis done by Sears Technician. Parts ordered. Jun 9 - Sears Appt scheduled for Jun 21 for parts installation Jun 20 - All parts delivered Jun 15 - Sears RESCHEDULED appt to Jun 27 Jun 23 - Sears RESCHEDULED appt to Jul 7 Jul 7 - Sears technician shows up and says can't do job since his coworker did not show up Jul 7 - Sears RESCHEDULED appt to Jul 21 Jul 21 - Sears RESCHEDULED appt to Aug 1 Aug 1 - Sears RESCHEDULED appt to Aug 10 Aug 9 - contacted Sears support, they assured a Sears technician will visit between 8 AM and 11 AM on Aug 10. Aug 10 - for all the brave assurance provided by Sears support, Sears technician never showed up. Sears sent me a note saying the service is complete and asked to rate the service. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS It is really surprising how this company can ever stay in business.

Did t find the problem with the washer.
He said it was the wall units that were not working, but it appears the water comes to the washer but the washer will not fill.
