Central AC
I was at work when he came to evaluate the AC unit but mother was at my home. I can only assume he evaluated the unit and repaired whatever was causing it to not operate because after he finished he stated "it's fixed" then left without communicating the problem and how he fix it. Very displeased with the lack of communication. Now I have to make calls to try and find out this information. However he was on time.

Good work
Poor attitude. He fixed the issue while diagnosing, then wanted me to pay ~$400 for the repair without running that by me for approval first. Then got upset with me when I called that out. Luckily his supervisor was reasonable.

Not fixed?
Although Bradley was very friendly and nice, I thought my washer was fixed the next day I used it, it STILL had the codes pop up to tell me that the same issue has not been fixed. Please send someone out again to come later in the PM during Sun-Thur or EARLY Fri PM. Thank you

The Unit is working the same.
The gentlemen was very nice and professional. I cant tell anything was done. The unit still cant maintain a temp of 76, just hovers around 78. I would have liked to seen a written description of the "repairs" performed. Probably just doing what Choice Home Warranty will allow them to do.

Maybe not the techs fault but IS Sears fault
I'd give 0 stars if possible. Once the tech shows up and leaves without doing anything ( two issues with the same appliance (one part unavailable so that lead to future appointments) and this time nobody shows up and I get a request to review my technician. seriously, Sears? Three days taking off work for this issue and I haven't received any calls or communication. I've tried to call but I have to deal with an automated system that ends up hanging up on me. Meanwhile, trying to communicate with my home warranty company to request a different provider.

Wrong charge by sears 's technician
I need estimate for new glas top adi took appointment- your technician nothing do.Just only says we can not install new appliance-just repair !& my receipt saws that trip charge waived & repair charge $ 129 plus tax. He nothing do Just charge & withi a Five minitus gone.Also his Attitudd I do not like.In future me & my friend & family never go to Sears's No more sears service !! Refrigerator repair
We had the most horrible service with you guys trying to get our refrigerator repaired for over six weeks, the maintenance men were polite and OK but it took 4 times to get it fixed and we had to pay as if we were new clients to your service to finally had so much Difficulty getting in touch with you guys, this was my most hated experience I've ever had with your company or any company. I realize that you probably won't get this so if you get it, you won't respond to it, but I just needed to say horrible horrible service. I would not recommend you guys to anyone.

Sears home service
Terrible The young man came was nice. He's diagnosed the problem but when the part came in, it only worked for 24 hours when we call back we got a different service person. He found a different problem. Part was ordered. Came in in the afternoon but the service Mann came in the morning, we started this process with you guys On May 6 with a phone call related to refrigerator freezer no one could come out until May 10, It was the young man came up diagnosed the issue ordered the part and we could not may 21st you put the part in the day later it wasn't not working a second REPAIRMAN came out. Diagnosed problem is being different from the first repair person, part was ordered came in REPAIRMAN was supposed to be out due 4th And has not shown up this is the worst worst service I've ever ever received
