It took 10 weeks for Sears to fix the microwave. Christopher came in after a few technicians had checked the microwave and ordered different parts. He checked the issue and fixed it very quickly. His was the shortest visit.

Kevin's Service 5 Stars
Kevin called to give an update regarding his arrival which I greatly appreciated be the original Technician did not do on 12/7; he simply didn't. Kevin made me feel valued as a customer which Eric did NOT do on 12/11. Kevin explained the problem while Eric said, "We don't fix that" although he never stated what the problem was! Kevin is a great technician! Kevin restored my Confidence in Sears Home Protect; otherwise, I was ready to DROP my plan because of the horrible treatment I had received!! I would welcome the opportunity to speak with a Manager regarding the lack of service I received before having Kevin as my Technician!!
