Excellent Service
My repair has been in process since July (not Sears' fault). Gary arrived at a previous appointment, took charge of the situation, ordered correct parts, then showed back up to install the parts at a time convenient for me. Very nice person and great at what he does.

Marcus, although he did not accept the cup of coffee I offered, was very polite and friendly. He is only the second repair person that I have ever witnessed that did not put his tools on top of the bare metal washer while repairing the dryer. Plus he repaired more than the reported issue. And then he went to the trouble to go outside of the house to check the dryer vent to ensure it was flowing properly.
