Techs Good, Scheduling System Trash
My technician Christopher did well and even discovered I didn't need one of the parts that had been ordered. So, he gets 5 stars. However, your scheduling system is trash. I had the parts in my possession by Wednesday, but then on Thursday the system said they hadn't received confirmation of delivery and cancelled my Friday appointment. I even responded to the system saying the parts had arrived but there was no response by the system. It at least needs to respond to inputs by customers. I would give the scheduling system 0 stars.
