Poor service
Please beware of this technician. He was unprofessional and her talked down about other techs work. I have had to call this company out 4 times! Its always the same problem! This is my second encounter with him and each time he made me feel as though I didn't know what I was talking about. Once he heard and saw what I was complaining about that's when goes in on the other techs about how they half way did the job. He also stated my machine is crappy and would break down next week. I would not recommend him nor this service to anyone. Its a waste of your money and time.

Misguided information
Past technicians have told me my refrigerator isn't working because of issues with the compressor. Wanting a second opinion, William took a brief look and claimed the compressor went bad because of "abuse". My family and I use the fridge just like how any other household would use a fridge. I wanted to resolve this issue immediately because our food was going bad so I was hopeful William would be a help but ended up not being helpful at all. I would've understood if he had a valid reason as to why our compressor broke down but telling me we abuse it after it had already broken down gave me the impression he doesn't know what he's talking about .

Gross Incompetence
My LG refrigerator does not make ice. You sent three technicians 3 different times each said that he fixed the problem, but they did not. I am now waiting for the 4th one to come. Also, one appointment was cancelled at the day! I have wasted 4 days waiting , with no results.

Oven not repaired
Victor walked in looked at my oven stated he wasn't qualified to work on it. Stated he would call dispatch and have someone else sent out. Walked out sat in his truck for 30 min. then drove off. Oven still in need of repair. I'm disgusted

30% extra trip fee charged
I was quoted 99 diagnostic fee and was charged 128 was not given any explanation Will never use again will give negative stars if I could

AC Unit
Awful experience. The first technician was not familiar with a dual thermostat with emergency heat settings. 2nd tech reprogrammed the thermostat and afterwards my house would not cool. Mind you I'm in TX where temps have been over 100*. I had to pay another company to come out and fix their mistakes. Never again will I use Sear's.

Slow appointment service and incorrect parts ordered
Taking longer than usual to get a fridge ice maker fixed. Appointment times are too general. Multiple trips required and when a part was ordered, it came in wrong which required another appointment to be made. Once that part was replaced, tech needed another service ticket made to replace the motherboard next, which will require another appointment and a full work day reserved to wait for a tech to come. Been a month a half of reschedules and no fix to original issue of ice make yet.

Water pump replacement
The park cost 108 cost me 266 labor for Ball 45 minutes of work. I thought that was a little excessive whole lot excessive so I will be looking for somebody else to come and fix my stuff from now on what I got, but Services fives he got in and got all dude knew what he was doing but the cost is just way too much.
