Wayne review
Wayne was courteous and communicative. He called ahead to keep us informed and he also used txt msgs. While at the house he informed me of ways to better use the washer and offered cleaning tips. He spotted a poorly installed rubber gasket and promptly fixed it. As luck would have it he could not duplicate the fault with the washer so I may have to call Choice Warranty back.

Great tech but sears is not consistent
Huy is a super knowledgeable and helpful technician and wish I could have him assigned to complete this one service issue instead of multiple people. Sears techs are not consistent with their troubleshooting. It takes multiple different techs to be assigned to one issue, ordering multiple different parts each time, notes from previous tech are not made clear or not communicating with the next tech that is assigned, so this makes every single visit to trouble shoot one issue inconsistent. 6th visit from a sears technician for an ice maker issue is still not complete. Not sure what new issue the next technician will be assigned and make. Please have the same technician who called the issue come back and assess the problem they last diagnosed.

Harold was able to order the parts that we needed and repair our oven. I wish that the work could have taken less time, but that presumably was not his fault. Also on the day of service, we were given a window of 8 AM to 5 PM to perform the job. That is a very long time to be left waiting. It seems that a shorter period could have been given.

I had to pay another ac technician to complete the job. I felt Sears tech should have unclogged the ac drain line. He was not authorized to do what was needed to have my ac running completely.

In my initial request I said it was the heating element that was broken I don't understand why the part isn't carried on the vehicle it was ordered and 3 arrived at my home did I pay for 3 because I know they are less than 100 dollars and my cost for repair was almost 400. Harold proceeded to yank on my unit without removing screws that attached it to the counter I had to show him how it was attached. 2 screws were missing to attach element and again the truck had none so I had to finish the repair myself. I will never use the service again and will share my story if any one asks
