Kenmore Chest Freezer
Luis was very professional and informative about the freezer. The problem was identified and found an internal leak within the cabinet portion of the freezer. Bad luck, as it is not repairable! Sear's website on the other hand sucks trying to look up a contract number with them!!!

Great service
We called Sears for our cook top and they came with on one day and gave us the diagnosis. The part was ordered and sent to our home then the following week we had Christopher and Alberto come to change the part. They were very professional and in no time our cook top was fixed.

repair visits for my regrigerator
Micah apparently fixed the problem, but shortly after he left, the problem returned; he was personable and polite and satisfactory in everyway. After multiple phone contacts and two ih-home visits have not corrected the problem.
