Great service!
Kyle was sent through our home warranty company to take a look at our central air that was having issues. He was very attentive to the situation, explained what he was doing & even came back (after the home warranty company authorized the remedy) as he said he would. So far, our AC is working perfectly & we couldn't be happier. Kyle was awesome!

Replace control panel in our KitchenAide oven.
Robert replaced the control panel. There was confusion in your system. We submitted a claim for a KitchenAide microwave/conventional oven combo and you sent a technician qualified to work on cooktops only first trip. A thermostat and coil were sent out and the second pair of technicians came to replace thermostat and coil but the problem with maintaining heat level was not repaired, the problem continued. Then it was determined the control board was faulty and another part was shipped in and finally Robert replaced it. the

Magic touch
My mom's double oven key pad got a strange code on it and became unresponsive. It also kept beeping. We finally had to turn the power off to the oven. It has been off for 2 months. When James got to the house, he turned the power back on to the oven, and there was no code on it. The key pad worked and so did both ovens. All it needed was a professional repair man to show up!
