Mr Raymond arrived right on time, very personable and professional. He came prepared and got our washing machine repaired the first time out. After completing the job, I ran it through the "normal" cycle and it worked as if it was brand new. I appreciate Mr. Raymond timely work and professionalism.

Only thing I say needs to changes is the ability to communicate a shorter window of service time. To be told 8-6 is hard to sit at home that long of a window. This is not the tech fault this is in the company. And there is no way to talk to a human at company. All automated. This is bad business. Plz fix. At least have a person to chat with our concern with by email our text. Please fix
