Kenmore Washing Machine Dilemma!
Harold called ahead as promised, we spoke and he went to work quickly to diagnose the source of the problem. He located the issue and explained what the issue was as well as his plan to get it repaired. Harold went to get the part and returned (calling me 20 minutes before) and installed the new part. He also inspected and lubricated the unit. He ran a cycle to assure the unit was operating properly. He also made sure all the fasteners etc were back where they belonged. Harold is good at what he does and very pleasant and professional (extremely knowledgeable) Job well done Harold!
