Very Good Experience
We are very pleased with the service Luis gave us. He arrived on time and checked out our freezer that we were concerned about. We had an electrical outage yesterday and after checking the freezer thurougly, he assured us it was running fine.

Washer Repair
Even though Choice has not approved the repair yet, Ruben is very professional and courteous. He identified the problem immediately. Sears needs a phone number that someone will answer to take questions. The automated system is not helpful. The 11 hour schedule time is terrible.

Great Technician, Poor Management
Whatever the issue, the technician window of arrival is too broad. 7-6 & 8-5 are both punishing windows of arrival. On 2 occasions, the technician neither called nor showed up during either broad window. It would appear to be a management issue. Finally, after contacting my home Warranty Co concerning lack of service & lack of contact with a technician, we received great service on today.
