Bradley review 6-14-24
On the first trip, Bradley waisted no time finding the issue. He continued working while answering questions. We had to order and wait on a part. On the second trip, Bradley did a good job replacing the part, he was quick. He tested the washer and briefed me on foreseeable issues. He asked me if I had any questions before he left. He did a great job.

Washer service call
Service agent arrived as scheduled and checked my washer. Reported he would contact Choice with parts needed but then Informed me we needed to replace waher and would send me a figure in settlement. Brad explained the procedure and assisted me in completing payment for service. Very kind. Thanks

Kevin was on time, very personable and got right down to diagnosing the problem and even had the critical part with him. It was a real pressure to meet with him and ha e my problem solved in a short period of time. Otherwise I would have purchased a new unit. The scheduling over the Holiday weekend was a plus sad solidified my trust with Sears, a company my ancestors trusted.
