Travis was very professional and timely. He fixed the problem quickly and gave me information to be able to fix the problem if the error code happens again along with information on how to follow up with help in the future

Travis was thorough, taking time to check the washer for source of leaking. He explained what he considered the source to be and why it could not be fixed as the part was no longer made and even if it was the repair would require a lot of work. While this wasn't the news I wanted to hear I appreciate his honesty and good nature. Thanks for having employees like him.

Marc was very helpful, efficient, checked model #, etc several times to make sure it was right before he ordered the part. He noticed the frig door was not staying open, so he adjusted that, as well. Very courteous & accommodating.
