When warranty services post service request stop picking them up if people have to wait in the middle of summer fro 3 weeks for you guys too show up to fix the ac.

Horrible Employee
Refused to fix my appliance! Extremely uneducated, not helpful, very unprofessional, very poorly presented, and refused to give his mangers information! This employee needs to be fired or properly trained, what a waste of time, I'm very disappointed!

Maintenance & cleaning
Did not receive a good cleaning at all. Did not even come with his own cleaning supplies we had to provide rags & vinegar only for it to not even be cleaned well in the end. I have pictures of the aftermath & im not pleased with the service i received.

I was very unsatisfied with my technician
I felt like my technician did a rush job on my refrigerator repair. He didn't even check to make sure it was working before he was heading out. When I asked him if he could make sure it worked(my ice machine) he told me "you just have to turn it on, it's basic". I couldn't find the switch on the front of fridge like he said because it wasn't there! When he finally came in to help me after I asked again, he seemed unpleasantly bothered and it took him awhile to find this "basic switch" that was inside the fridge! Not on the outside. Needless to say, my ice maker is still not working so they are sending out another tech to fix it next week! Smh. I'm very disappointed! I pay for my service plan faithfully. Yet I'm without ice another week! Smh.

Service time
This was the absolute worst service I have ever had! it took Sears over 45 days to HONOR its appointment times. And many of the reschedule were NEVER communicated to me. I took vacation days to be here, only to get a cancelation update once I CALLED TO CHECK the status of the technician. I can not get my vacation days back!

Didn't fix fridge, Unhelpful, left a mess, dented my fridge
Freezer still isn't cooling, he didn't check his work before he left, he left a huge mess everywhere, left parts behind that had to be disposed of, and was very unhelpful, we have been without a fridge for 2 months now and now we still don't have a freezer.

Waste of money
I'm not exactly sure what his problem was could have been drunk could have been on medication could have been on whatever or just some natural medical problem I will never ever call or request the services of this company again waste of my time took two weeks to schedule an appointment and he's not even sure he fixed it

Not a good technical at All. Never call the customer at all. The customer checked his availability 4 times from 12:30 pm it changes 6 times before he arrives at the house.
