Awful relationship this entire renewal period.
I have used services since prior to 2012 and always enjoyed the relationship and experience. This renewal only allowd for a shorter period and the price was about the same as previous. Refrig started leaking water on the back side and running down into the trays and overflowing into the floor. Ice maker water was turned off. Problem continued. Initial service call inspected unit and declared it unrepariable. No action by the company. Recalled service and reinspected. Same thing. On 3 service call, tec said corrosion starting to show on rear of unit. Recommended replacement. 4th service call rust started showing. Service calls 5 and 6 same result with recommended unrepairable and replace unit. Call number 7 (today) same result with discussion with claims and tec supervisor. Claims told tec wording needed on work order. It was submitted today. I called KY Att. General office and they; turned file over to consumer department who told me to send them the pictures and work orders. They said company has 2 days to submit their reply then 30 days to replace unit. KY is sending an inspector to review claim and process. I also have contacted a private attorney who is reviewing the case. It is past time to get something done for a loyal customer. The same tec has come to my home each time and been very nice but can't understand why there is a problem. He says he has submitted hundreds of claims like this and never experienced any problems.

Washer repair
1st time came and had to order parts. Never told me they were to be shipped to me. Then arrived at the 2nd appt to act as if I should know it was to be sent to me. Waited due to back order. Then 3rd time he came. He dumped the detergent in the floor on the rugs from the part he removed. I have to mop and clean, he also told me I had to dispose of the part and trash. It was time for him to go home. Then he never fastened the top part on the washer so jad to have a 4th appt. Each appt had an 8 hr window which is ridiculous to sit all day and not a two hr window. Then he dumps more detergent again on the floor and rug, grab a towel and tried to clean it. But again had to mop and clean to get soap residue off the floor and rug.

Still didn't work
Although he was able to get the stove to heat up (while pulled out from the wall), it would not work for us. We had to get another technician to come out and ultimately replace the igniter.

Unprofessional
Technician came to home to diagnose dishwasher issue after a previous technician replaced a part and dishwasher still did not work. Previous tech had wrong part ordered but this tech berated me about not knowing how to lookup a part number although I didn't order. He refused to listen and made me look where to find the correct model number. Again, I explained that I didn't order the part. He complained because I ran out of hand soap, when I tried putting my cat away he requested I wash a filter. Before I could finish, he snapped at me to put the cat away. Anything I said he argued with me and treated me as if I was an idiot. He recommended that I have a longer power cord installed to make future troubleshooting easier. I didn't have the money or time to hire an electrician. When he came back he got angry because he said that he told me to have it fixed and I didn't comply. No other tech has ever mentioned this as an issue. He then tells me very rudely that he was going to put that in my report and that he was angry I ignored him. He put in the part, demonstrated it was running and told me I no longer need to worry about having any more repairs. Then he showed me where screws hold the dishwasher to the counter will need to be replaced with longer screws as the counter is getting old. I agreed to replace the screws and he got upset and made me bend over to look at what he was referring to, telling me no you need to see this. I explained that we would be replacing the counters anyway but would be replacing the screws. He again said he was putting that in a report. I have more but not enough room, feel free to have a supervisor call me. Never send this tech to my home again. He needs to work on how he speaks to people.
