Worst company ever
3months of cancelled appointments and not by me. Two different repairman at the very beginning of my journey and w different opinions as to what was wrong with my fridge and ordered parts delivered and NEVER installed! I will never call or allow Sears in my house again! Correspondence and complaints are a joke to this company and one hand does not know what the other hand is doing! I would advise anyone that needs any appliances not buy Sears! GO ELSEWHERE for your needs!

Poor Work
Brandon axted as if he didn't want to be in my home. In 10 minutes, he decided that my capacitor needed to be replaced. When he did this, the temp in my home was 81 degrees. It is now 82 degrees. I was rescheduled for July 2nd. This is highly unacceptable. I can not be in heat and suffering for 2 weeks! I am a man with a disability, and I collect disability payments. I need the A/C. If you do not come out immediately, I will report you to any and all agencies necessary.

Disappointed
Waited all morning and afternoon. After receiving the text the technician was on the way. 2 hrs later I get a rate you technician and said that he had arrived but nobody ever came!

Home gas heating system
Our home warranty is with Choice Home Warranty but was serviced by Sears under their contract with Sears. First I will say that once your service men came and then came back they were very helpful and polite. However, the lack of customer service displayed by your Sears team was horrible. The initial inspection to diagnose the problem was handled with great expediency but the follow-up left us with the distinct impression that you DO NOT consider your commitment to your Choice Home Warranty clients at all a serious commitment! Our case got rescheduled 4 times, each on the day of service that had been scheduled for us. Each of the 4 times we had received multiple reminders that we had to be home all day waiting for your workmen. Each of the 4 times we had received up to five reminders of the date and time beginning a week before and going to the day of. This is a major office scheduling glitch that should not happen once let alone 4 times. This meant that my husband had to cancel his plans. The additional month without our gas heating cost us a heating bill of over $400 I would have expected way better service from SEARS than this.

WASHER REPAIR
THE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS WORKING AFTER HE FINISHED. HE TOLD ME HE RAN IT THRU ALL THE CYCLES. I PROCEEDED TO REWASH THE CLOTHES THAT HAD BEEN SITTING IN THE WASHER SINCE 12/18/23. IT STOPPED ON THE RINSE CYCLE AND GAVE AN ERROR REPORT OF E:04. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED AS THIS IS THE SAME ORIGINAL PROBLEM. I NEED MY WASHING MACHINE. MY CLOTHES, TOWELS, SHEETS, ETC ARE PILING UP.

The problem was not corrected
The technician stated there was some loose connection & did temporally fix it. 4 hours after he left the water supply in fridge stopped & it is displaying an error message. If there was loose connection it the wires had to be fixed. But he didn't do anything to fix the issue.
