My machine is not working. It's doing the same thing that it was before he came here I need to make an appointment. So I can wash my laundry.

Review of visit today
I do feel this could have been turned over to another company sooner. I was informed today that Sears doesn't flush lines. I wasn't aware that was a possibility at the last visit. I was told it was condensation and to be sure to make sure both filters in place. Now I have to wait another week with water draining on the floor and damaging my floor

Hi, according to the technician, the system cannot be serviced because they couldn't find the serial number and model number so basically he just checked the pressure which I think there's still something going on since the air is not cold enough in my opinion!

Pretty rude
Our service provider was pretty rude and dismissive. We have an expensive Bosch dishwasher that started making a loud rumble. The service provider blamed it on low temp water and suds. No conditions have changed as to how we use the dishwasher. I don't feel like our issue was handled.

He didn't fix the problem
Had to call and reset the refrigerator and freezer, and will hope it works in 24-48 hours I should receive a reimbursement for the money I spent

GE Refrigerator
The service guy came late without any explanation. The for arrival suppose to be at 1342 but arrival was after 1530. It was time for me to pick up my son from school. The refrigerator made the noise twice but claim that he didn't hear it. Then told me I need to make a video of the noise coming from my refrigerator in which already happened twice while he was present during his 15 minute check-up. I need a professional serviceman not a pretend to be a professional serviceman.

Liar
This is the second day that I have been "stood up" by the technician. And then the receipt says that they showed up and I declined the service. Lies on each day. And customer service sides with them saying that that is what is written on the service ticket therefore it must be true. If I wasn't so desperate to have Sears honor my Protection Agreement and replace the machine that can't be fixed I might just let it go but I've been paying for this agreement for close to 20 yrs. and what is fair is fair. (PS: They can't find parts for my 20 yr old machine to fix it properly.) If given the option to purchase one of the agreements DON'T!!!

Did not seem to understand how to fix refrigerator. STILL NOT WORKING!!! Damaged floor by leaving water sitting on it! This is all a very large problem!!!!!

This tech is the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever had in my home. He entered my home and stated " you must have cats, it stinks in here". I do not have cats, I am disabled and have 2 German Shepherd service dogs. We live in the country and there are feral cats outside on our 3.5 acres. In the space on his form where we are supposed to sign he attempted to state we " denied service" however he could not spell, therefore we could only determine that is what he was trying to say. My husband told him to leave our home and property. I called your company to complain and I notified Choice Home Warranty. Coincidentally he advised my warranty company there was food and debris in my dishwasher and we got a partial denial letter from the warranty company. Our dishwasher was empty as always when your repair techs have been here and to our knowledge there was nothing in the dishwasher, one of the previous techs replaced everything so it was new inside. He saw the dishes on the counter and said "you are supposed to wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher". I have never heard such a thing. We always scrape our dishes prior to loading them but we do not wash them. He was not in our house long enough to see inside our appliance and I guess us throwing him out hurt his feelings. He needs some serious remedial training on dealing with the public. The other techs who have been to our home have been very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you.
