Appointment
The range was taken apart and now I was informed that they can't work on the range if it's not hooked up. They took it apart in my garage and it was not hooked up. Some parts were deliver and now I have a range that doesn't work at all. Original issue was the probe

FINALLY!!!!
Called in early October for service on my refrig. I have a maintenance agreement. gave me an appt. For November 14. Not convenient but you said only day they could come. You changed appt to Oct 27th. After waiting all day you called at 4:35 PM said you can't make it. Made appt for Nov. 30th. Came but had to order parts. Scheduled for January 5. Never showed up. Finally made it today. Steven was great but I had to wait over 4 months. You can keep your service agreement. Never again.

Hot water heater
Terrible service I've been without hit water for over a month, they finally send someone out and know they tell me I have to find someone to fix it and they will pay smh
