Good Tech
Our tech was thorough, polite and knowledgeable. He quickly identified and fixed our issue. Our only minor comment is that instead of knocking on our front door, he walked into our garage and knocked on our laundry room door. It startled us a little. Would just suggest techs be a little more professional and use the front door.

Absolutely horrible customer service can't get in touch with anyone in the US and they didn't even show up for the appointment! And then the kicker they tried to charge me!

Bunch of crap. Still refusing to work on it since it not hooked up but they took it apart not hooked up. Sears is getting worse than ever on customer support
