My broken Kenmore dryer was repaired and thoroughly cleaned today by Renford from Sears. He quickly assessed the problem, replaced the broken part, made repairs and also removed 15 years of lint caught within the base of the dryer. I love my dryer and am so pleased it's working properly again. I was able to get an appointment just a day after contacting Sears Home Services.

Ryan and his assistant, were excellent. They were there when I got home from work, very friendly and busy working. If I asked a question, they took time to answer and didn't mind.
