fridge/freezer
Jesse is wonderful as he imparts knowledge and trust. Scheduling is horrible! My fridge/freezer quit working. An emergency call took over a week for someone to be scheduled, then no-show; another few days and Jesse came. That was almost two weeks without my fridge/freezer. A college-size fridge was found and loaned to me, right before that repair, but not big enough to hold food for meals; another expense. Jesse got the f/f running, but was concerned about the condenser. Appointment was scheduled August 27 - it happened today/September 12. If Sears staff cannot make a scheduled appointment - for whatever reason - they should be rescheduled right away - not have to wait another two weeks. We adjust out schedules and sit home all day, only for it to be a waste. This is not Jesse's fault, but he and other technicians hear the customers' frustration. After six weeks, I can finally return the loaner to its owner and do some real food shopping. Thank you Jesse!!!!

Communication
The communication between Sears Warranty, the service provider and me is terrible. The whole process took three weeks which is unacceptable. Wrong parts were originally ordered. No priority put on appointments. Hard to actually talk with a person. And person can't provide information either. Very disappointed. Jesse the technician was the only bright spot in the process.

Kenmore Elite dryer repair service
Very happy with our service technician's responsiveness and work. He diagnosed the problem about 10 days ago and ordered the replacement parts immediately. Today he installed them, and everything seems to work just fine again.
