#739698 lied to me
Please do not send Jason #739698 to repair my Frigidaire refrigerator again. I mentioned to him that I had officially put in a complaint about my icemaker. I bought this refrigerator in Sept of 2020. When #739698 was here replacing the third one, he went into great lengths explaining about the recall of this model icemaker. He told me about a reset button that would allow me to make more ice. He would order it and have it mailed to me. Mitch came this last time. He was very professional. He was very nice. When he was finished, I asked him how to work the new and improved. He told me that this is the same model. But Jason told me I would be getting the other one. Mitch informed me it doesn't exist. There was no reason for #739698 to lie to me. So, again, do not send #739698 to my home again. Thank you, Tamra Livingston

replace timer on dryer
I was very pleased with Richard. he came by at 1, but the part had not been delivered yet. he called back last stop and the part had been delivered. he replaced timer. I was so thankful Richard came back by, because it was Friday of a long Labor Day Weekend. Thank You Richard
