He had lots of knowledge. Very friendly and explained everything. I would have him back if I needed another repair.

Keith was punctual, professional & overly helpful in advising on matters beyond the ticket had been signed up for. He fixed the issue with the drier in no time & checked the washer while he was here. I'll definitely go with Sears again and ask for Keith if allowed to if I've any appliances needing repairs. Thanks

Washing machine repair
Fixed everything we asked to get done. Although things got mixed up with what Sears was telling us as to when he'd be there and they sent me a text saying he was on his way, we saw him about 3 hrs later and of course he didn't know anything about why we were told that. So don't know why they weren't a bit more organized, but he did a good job for us when he arrived.
