She thought it was fixed by replacing the rubber trim inside and that may be fixed but the dishwasher is leaking from underneath so more repair is needed. I didn't see that leaking until after she left, so I called her and she told me what probably needed to be done next - pull it and see what is leaking. I appreciated her calling me back. However, my appointment was for 8-12 and she wasn't able to get there until 5 p.m. Why wasn't someone else called in to come in?

Horrific experience with the agents on phone
Tech very polite and knowledgeable Everything else was a total nightmare from calling in to get appt and getting part etc Etc etc. horrible experience!!! People answering phones don't care , can't speak English and disconnecting me after being put on hold for over 30 minutes and having to repeat everything to new agent that doesn't care either. NIGHTMARE went thru four different people the last time I called to schedule appt to put part in. How can anyone run a business like this. Unbelievable
