I was having problem with refrigerator panel and therefore could not get refrigerator to turn on. Panel lights were out so had to put all food in coolers with packed ice. After day or so I noticed the panel light was on so I reset the panel. I had placed a call to Choice Home Warranty stating the panel on my GE was not working. Rather than cancel the work order I figured I should go ahead with service call. Richard arrived this morning at time stated and checked out my refrigerator. With the panel now working there wasn't much to do so he made note of what was going on. This morning I did hear a strange noise in the freezer side. He replaced the kick place and just in general checked that everything was working at the time he was here. He did state that he made note of what had happened so should it happen again there will be a record of it.. I would definitely like to have Richard as my technician in the event this happens again. Richard was most helpful and courteous and clearly spoke in easily understood English. Thank you! ician
