I received a phone call from Keith to go over information I had entered online regarding the issues with my washer, and he informed me of the timeframe for which I could expect him to arrive. He is very professional, introducing himself upon arrival with work badge where it could clearly be seen. He once again inquired the type of issues I've been having and then began running diagnostic tests on my washer. He told me what the issues are that he found and an estimate of costs. He is knowledgeable and efficient.

We went round and round with this issue. But, hopefully, he got it repaired this trip. I think I had issues for 5 weeks dealing with sears. Not being able to talk directly to peeps very unprofessional. I have tried to get my ex husband off my account 6 times. You still sent him this inquiry. I am way upset.
