Dryer and washer service
John was on the spot with the washer by replacing the shock absorbers. Totally stopped the jumping around problem. Zeroed in on the dryer squeeking problem. Ordered the part that was severely damaged to be replaced at a later date. Absolutely pleased with his professionalism and communication with me about the process. The price of repair was far less than the replacement cost of either unit. Will use this service in the future if necessary.

Dryer Repair
Our clothes dryer had been taking way too long to dry a load of clothes. Aaron checked out everything on our dryer to determine the problem. After his investigation he determined that our dryer vent (it vents through the roof) has a blockage. Good to know our dryer is in great shape. Now we need to get a plumber to clean out the vent pipe.
