Johnny always goes above and beyond when I need a repair on my home appliances. He is courteous, professional and always comes when he says he will. He has provided my home appliance service for the past several years and I couldn't ask for better service.

Washing machine repair!
Harold found the problem quickly and was able to repair the connection. Ran a test and cycle on washer and everything now works fine!!!

Victor actually showed up.
I've had a horrible experience with Sears home services. Victor is the only person who I think might have some sense, considering he deemed the washer not worth repairing. The first tech just wanted to throw parts at it. Apparently it was too far gone. So while my washer isn't fixed he atleast got us to the next step of getting it replaced. I'm atleast appreciative for Victor showing up today and actually advancing the issue to the next step instead of rescheduling and passing the brunt on to another tech. Thank you Victor for doing a better job than your coworkers.
