A&E repair issues
Over all unhappy with the service. Took too long to get the dryer fixed. Received a call initially asking about the dryer issue,was told it was a fuse, when tech arrived 1-2 weeks later were told it was another issue and parts would again need ordered. Parts were ordered, were told they didn't all come in and needed parts ordered from a local source but all the parts were in the first box. Several weeks later dryer was repaired only to break down after 1 load of laundry was dried. It was very difficult to reach someone as we had a 2nd party home warranty, kept being told our phone # was not recognized. The techs we generally pleasant and and helpful but the service unreliable. When the 2nd visit was scheduled, no one showed and no call to say the parts were supposedly not available until I called at 4:45 to see where tech was. Rescheduled and tech didn't show and when I called again after 5 pm we were told they didn't have enough repair techs, after we had someone at the home waiting for 8 hrs after repeated emails and a call saying they would be there. Rescheduling was a nightmare as they randomly picked days that we were not available, without calling us. They apparently don't understand that people work outside the home.
