Todd was very kind, an was able to fix my dishwasher, of which I really need for sanitizing my glasses, dishes, etc. Im thankful for his knowledge of handling the electrical malfunction. Sincerely, Sylvia Abbott Sears needs to give 2 choices for repair appointments, 8 to Noon, or 1 to 5/7. We handy caped cannot get up at 7:00 AM to open up, for repair tech that may or may not be here at 8:00 AM. Waited 2 weeks ago on first apt. 12 hours, for it to be cancelled, had to hire a aid to come in to help me an that is very, very unkind thing to happen Please offer us the afternoon times, not just 8 to 5 , tgank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Todd was friendly and went through a series of trouble shooting scenarios to make sure any possible issues could be resolved even if slim chance. Turns out the slim chance was useful. Problem resolved and dishwasher runs again.
