Schedule for repairs extremely poor
A time frame of 8 am to 5 pm is ridiculous. 8 to 12 or 1 to 5 should not be that hard to do. Canceling at 5 pm the day of the appointment was extremely inconsiderate. My time is just as valuable as yours is. I will never buy another Sears appliance and certainly would not recommend them to anyone.
