Oven repair
The service person, did his job well and explained the procedure. The only problem I have is with the scheduling. Two hours later them time scheduled

Good enough I suppose
He was a little gruff and in a hurry (though this might not be his fault as much as Sears). I'm not sure if I trust the assessment. He didn't do all I expected from a tech, including simply checking error codes; something that I would think is the first thing a tech would do.

6th time Sears sent to repair Samsung Refrigerator
This was the 6th time that Sears Home Services came out to fix the same problem with our Samsung refrigerator. The problem is that there is water leaking above the freezer drawer and water forms below the tray and freezes since the leak is above where the freezer is. Sears has not been able to fix this problem; and this time seemed to be the same, but no answer to why there is leaking water, and what the solution would be. The question is do we need a new refrigerator, or what can be done to fix the current Samsung refrigerator?

Mr. James broke my protector which goes to my stove however he tried to fix it but he could not. It was an honest mistake but it's still not fixed and now I have to replace it.

Not fixed
The technician was very nice. He could not fix the refrigerator He said that it was the filter that wouldn't work. I bought 3 filters and they could not be read by the refrigerator. He also said if a new filter doesn't work to v

Didn't follow through
Asked Andrew the repairman to reconnect the dryer vent and to remove front of dryer so I could clean the lint out but he left before doing either requested item. He did accomplish putting in the new part that took over 5 weeks to arrive.

The 8th time for Sears to come out to fix Samsung Frig.
Sear Home Services has come out 8 times to fix the internal leaking of our Samsung refrigerator, which then freezes inside the frig over time. The different service/repair people have not been successful and have tired different things. If it is not fixable then, it should be so stated rather than coming out to fix something that is broken and cannot be fixed. Or, it may be necessary to send someone who does know enough about Samsung refrigerators and can fix the problem.

Kenmore Elite Refrigerator (not cooling or freezing)
On Monday, 9/18 set up appointment for Wed 9/20 for repair of motor/compressor. He arrived after 2:30 pm, checked the temperature and said we needed new compressor & couldn't do it because he had so many other stops, so he placed order for new compressor & said he couldn't come back until 9/28 to replace it. It is a good thing we had our 21 yr. old Kenmore Elite to store our food. He also wouldn't pull out fridge to unplug it. He complained he was overworked and had to move on. We unplugged fridge because it made noise & bad odor. Compressor arrived on our doorstep Saturday, 9/23. Michael came on Thurs. 9/28 to replace compressor. Was inconvenienced for almost 2 weeks with no refrigerator/filtered water. He complained how overworked he was & Sears needed to hire more repairmen. We helped him clean up area, take out box with trash, moved broken compressor to garage for him to dispose. I swept up the floor & piece of cardboard he had. He comes back in, picks up cardboard & shakes more dirt on clean floor instead of taking it outside to shake off. Then he put the heavy broken compressor & box & Hid it behind our garbage can. He did not ask us to dispose of it. We have never had electrician, plumber, appliance repair person leave things they replaced. In fact they would tell us they would take care of disposal & garbage. Because of this we are giving a low rating. Please do not send Michael A to our house if we need service at a future date. Hire more competent workers. The new compressor has a strange sound at times. I don't know if that is normal. We were thinking of renewing our maintenance agreement. I just remembered in May when he came to do regular maintenance, he used a vacuum & blew out dust balls and they were all over the kitchen which I cleaned up. He just pushed fridge back & said everything was good even though I told him it was making more noise than before. No one had ever used vacuum the way he did.

Wonderful repairman
He took the time to go through and show me everything he did. I especially liked that he didn't treat me different because I was a woman. He was very respectful and kind.

Freezer
Was not very interested in looking for the problem, found a potential issue and just called it quits. I am sure we will see Sears again since they did not fix the problem.
