Horrible Experience with Sears Repairman!!!!
Tim gave me an absolutely horrible experience! He was very late arriving at our home! He also had a fresh smart mouth, he was not pleasant at all! He definitely had attitude that was unacceptable! He was coughing and sniffing with no mask on too! I hope I never need Sears repair for any other appliances in my home if I get this kind of person in my home!

Helpful, but didn't go above and beyond
Nick provided assistance on the A/C unit, but didn't resolve the ongoing issue, which entail vents being closed and not pushing air out, a simple fix that required a different company to address and additional expenses.

kenmore freezer only not Gerald
I have been trying to get a replacement or refund on a Kenmore upright freezer. Freezer died in July. Getting the run around. No parts delivered. I see you have class actions against you for these freezers. I have contacted the BBB about this and plan to contact other entities regarding this matter. Claim # is 7839543. Never in the 30 years I have done business with Sears have I received such horrible service! Washer service was excellent.

He did not show up.
This technician did not show up and did not call. I rearranged my schedule to have this person come to my unit. I have been without a fridge for over a month. Do not use Sears!

Service mixup
Call was placed for oven repair. Somehow cooktop was selected on a computer screen. Tech left without looking at our oven. Choice Home had to assign to a different company because A&E and Choice Home could not get computers to talk and could not bother to call each other. Nice no oven and thanksgiving in a few days
