Dwight S. was very professionally and friendly. However was not able to assist with my washer repair due to the serial number was rubbed off due to cleaning washer rim.. Dwight S. did drain basin of washer and checked filter. I asked if the serial number was located in another place on the washer he stated "no". After his departure, I called Samsung company. Who states that the serial number is also located on the back of unit. Which Dwight S. states he has worked on many of these washers and label is only in the front inside door of washer? Unfortunately, I'll probably end up purchasing a new washer, after investing the cost of fixing the drain pump. Thank you!

Well-Done
Joseph was professional, courteous and friendly. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. I do wish I would've had more advanced notice of his arrival. The previous tech called me in the morning and gave me a smaller window of his arrival time which was thoughtful. The 20-minute notice I received via text caught me when I had just left the house for about a 1/2 hour. Fortunately, there was someone else here to let him in.

Rating on my appointment
The tech is very professional and answered all my questions. The issue I have when I tried to call in regarding my appointment the system kept telling me there was no information and hangs up and doesn't give a option to either leave a message or talk to a representative. Also the information on my washer is wrong it is not a front loader it loads from the top

Dwight was thorough. He identified the problem and fixed it. He had to get and retire the part, repaired, advised me to listen and watch that repair was completed. I'm grossly pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.

Mediocre Service
Our technician fixed the problem but he didn't get here until after noon. The scheduled time was 8 am to noon. I am glad he fixed the problem.
