Great Service
Joe was very professional and thorough. Would certainly use his services again. My only complaint about Sears is that they overbooked on our appointment day and after waiting all after noon had to reschedule for the next day.

Washer repair
David was a very good technician but it took more than a month to get the parts. His repairs are working well but he left us with lots of old heavy parts to dispose of. Of them must weigh 60 lbs and seems filled with water. Not sure how we will get it out of the basement or how to dispose of it when we do.
