Worst Technician needs to be fired
The Technician Harel S was at my house on April 5 2024 damaged my freezer ordered the wrong part for my fridge. I called and complained about the technician Sears sent a new tech to repair the damage to my freezer everytime an appointment for my refrigerator appliances come up Harel S cancels or reschedules this is ongoing since April call to sears and complain the keep saying they will send a new technician same scenario my appliances not working since

Very Dissapointed
Called the issue in through New Life. The service writer wrote down the wrong serial number. When the Sears tech arrived, he said he had to leave because the Serial number on my Busted fridge was wrong and that he could not make the correction with New Life and would not get paid for the job. That has to be the most inefficient process ever. I call back New life and the can't get me another appointment for my fridge for 9 days!!! Meanwhile, the Sears serviceman was still sitting in front of my house. You guys and New Life can do better for your customers than that! Highly disappointed!

Awful Service
For the past 2 months I have not had a functioning refrigerator. Repair guys who come , after I have explained that 2 poeple are need. They always send one. I icer maker stopped working and then the compressor that was replaced in August stopped working as well. I was told January 9th that the ice maker parts were no longer made, so and so. This absolutely ridiculous 2 months. Sears has become an awful service. I have been with Sears for decades. The Sears name was prestigious for its service now its junk...... I am having to purchase a refrigerator and I plan to take action for reimbursement.

Poor service
I've been without my refrigerator over a month and this is the second time within two years that my refrigerator has been broken over $3000 for refrigerator and this is the service center and when I go through Kenmore

Refrigerator
Why didn't he come prepared? I had to use my own 💡 bulb I expected for him to bring and put the refrigerator light LED. MY REFRIGERATOR LIGHT THAT HE PUT IN,V IS USED FOR MY FAN BULB. HORRIBLE JOB FOR WHAT I PAY FOR GUARANTEED REPAIRS SERVICE.

Worst ever worker
Worst ever experience. First technician showed us exactly what the problem was. Reconnecting two wires. 15 minutes. We already paid almost half the value of the entire dishwasher. The second technician came with entire different explanations. Anyway, please give full refund

Lack of communication with Sears
My review has nothing at all to do with my service technician. However, the fact that there is no way to speak to a live representative when there is an issue, is absolutely unacceptable. I had two prior confirmed appointments and no one showed up. I waited home all day for the first appointment and my mother waited all day for the second appointment. I had to involve my warranty company several times to intervene. I will never use Sears for any future repairs since they are impossible to contact.

Tech could not fix!
4th tech visit and oven is still not fixed. Techs are clueless. Have not had a working ovebln for over 2 months. Extended warrantee is a total rip off with this company. Next call is to my lawyer!
